Letting agent Pauline celebrates three industry qualifications
Pauline Carrera-Silva of Hawkesford Estate Agents has been successfully recognised by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the Association of Professional Inventory Providers (APIP) following completion of a level 3 technical award in residential letting and property management.
Pauline said: “This time last year we set out what we’d like to achieve as a company and training for all staff was high on the list. I set myself a personal target of passing three professional exams in 2014 and, after a lot of hard work, am pleased to say I reached my goal.”

Ian Potter, managing director at ARLA, said: “I heartily congratulate Pauline on her achievement and am pleased to welcome her as a member. In an industry where standards can vary greatly between member and non-member agencies, obtaining this award represents not only Pauline’s dedication to developing as an agent, but also her commitment to working to the high industry standards which ARLA seeks to promote.”
Each qualification takes more than 120 hours to complete and Pauline hopes to take on a further examinations this year, which will allow her to make the move from member to fellow.
