Appeal for cancer patient to get in touch with owner of guide dog who '˜made her day' in Kenilworth
Carrie Terry, of Clarendon Place in Leamington, was in Kenilworth with her guide dog stud Bobby visiting friends on Thursday March 2.
Carrie, a part time lecturer at Warwickshire College and an ambassador for Guide Dogs, popped into Wilko’s in Station Road with Bobby to do some shopping.

The couple briefly went away, then returned with a box of dog treats for Bobby. They asked Carrie if they could feed one to Bobby, which she accepted.
Carrie said: “She was clearly enjoying the experience and then explained that she’d just received a cancer diagnosis and that Bobby had ‘made her day’.
“I was just tremendously touched really. It was such an emotional moment that I wasn’t thinking lucidly - because I was so taken aback I didn’t get her number.
“It was preying on my mind afterwards.”
