Hide AdDoyle rounded off his day by totting up 40 strict squats in 60 seconds while carrying an 80lb backpack.
Doyle, who currently holds 169 fitness/endurance records under five different sporting categories, said a change in his eating habits have helped him maintain his incredible standards.
“The reason I am getting good results is because I am consistent with my training and I have improved my diet by eating Quorn meat and cutting out red meat,” said Doyle.
“My training partners also push me hard in the gym and in the ring when we are doing full contact rounds, which is a combination of boxing and mixed martial arts.”
