Kenilworth Lido campaign group's 'delight' at response to petition to keep outdoor swimming in town
The petition, which calls upon Warwick District Council (WDC) at the request of Kenilworth Town Council to pause the current leisure project at Abbey Fields and create a revised plan which would include a feasibility study into the viability of an outdoor pool, has now reached 1,265 signatures.
It will be presented to a full meeting of WDC by campaign group member Judy Brook on Wednesday (November 25) at 6pm.
