Students visit Kenilworth Station site after foundations laid for station and platform
60 civil engineering students attended the site on Tuesday March 14, and saw the new the station and platform foundations and the sewer diversion.

“These practical site visits are invaluable for the students to see theory being put into practice, and this project was of particular benefit as it introduced some of the logistical challenges of working in a residential area and the importance of working with multiple stakeholders, especially the local community.”
The station is expected to be operational for passengers in December this year after several delays to the project.
